It looks like this group has lost traction. I will volunteer to co-chair if that will help get things rolling. I beleive Brad had also indicated as much. Shawn?

It sounds like there is significant interest in spinning up more dedicated collaboration activities for SMBs.

I'd like to propose setting up a 30 minute call with everyone who is interested in sharing their thoughts and suggestions. I'd like to discuss direction and goals, and who among you are interested in acting as co-chairs for the SMB COI.

If you'd like to participate in a short phone meeting, please let me know and I will take it from there!

My favorite thing about the conference was hearing lots of different ideas on various topics. I took a lot of notes in the session on providing Support feedback to product development. In general I like how attending these conferences helps me formulate new ideas about things I am already working on. I was disappointed not to see any SMB related sessions this time however.

I'm wondering about the SMB market's experience with using Education Services to drive adoption and narrow the consumption gap. I was asked to participate on the Education Services panel discussion at the conference but was unable to attend. The other members of the panel were excellent but weren't from SMBs. Our voice on this subject would be important.

We need to make sure we have good representations at the conference from a presentation and panel. They will be looking for presenters starting in mid May for Vegas. What are the topics that we need a session on?

Can't agree more. I was unable to attend the conference this time, but we do need to keep the SMB community visible and active in TSIA.

Totally agree. It is a shame how we have lost the SMB community. We need to make sure we are volunteering to present and keeping our community alive! What was your favorite thing from the conference?

Hello SMB collaborators! It looks like there has been no activity here in some time. I've just returned form the TSIA event in Santa Clara CA and am ready to help drive some community here. Who's with me?
