Iam currently the Program Manager for our fairly new Professional Services organization within one of the LexisNexis companies, Examen Inc. I've been with Examen for 13 years and spent most of my time in Account Management and Client Implementation. Our deaprtment supports a SaaS based product geared towards Fortune 500 customers who wish to track and mange their legal expenditures.

I am looking for industry insight, as this model is new to our organization as well as motivation from my female counterparts.
