Karen Bissani is the Director responsible for Market Research and Competitive Intelligence for Cisco Services across all Cisco technology areas and segments. Her organization is responsible for analyzing and communicating market insight and trends, sizing and growth while also delivering competitive intelligence and customer requirements to help shape Cisco Services strategy and portfolio. Prior to joining Cisco Services, Karen led the Solutions Marketing team for Unified Communications applications, responsible for strategy and execution of solution marketing campaigns, programs, sales enablement tools and collateral to grow the applications business. Prior to that role, Karen was the Product Line Manager for Cisco Unity and Unity Connection Messaging. Karen previously held a number of product marketing leadership roles at Lucent, Avaya, ISD (acquired by Winbond) and Watkins-Johnson. Karen earned her B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has over 20 years experience in the IT & Communications Industry.
